6. Production and Delivery
All products are produced on demand based on the buyer’s order, personalization, or selected product variant.
Production and delivery may be carried out by our fulfillment partners and production providers. Production location may vary depending on the delivery address, product type, and production partner capacity. We strive to produce orders as close as possible to the delivery destination whenever feasible, in order to reduce delivery times, transportation distance, and environmental impact.
Estimated delivery times include both production time and shipping time and may vary depending on destination, carrier services, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery is considered completed when the goods have been received by the buyer or the buyer’s representative.
For international deliveries, local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other import charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Products are made to order and can usually not be returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
For products manufactured according to the buyer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This applies to personalised products such as items containing custom text or visual customisations.
For non-personalised products, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the goods are received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller within the withdrawal period by contacting info@herdina.no. After notifying the seller, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Returns must be sent to the seller’s business address in Norway unless otherwise agreed in advance. Return instructions are provided upon request via info@herdina.no.
8. Defective or damaged goods
If the goods are damaged, defective, or do not match the order, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or refund. The buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
9. Delay or non-delivery
If delivery is delayed and this is not caused by the buyer, the buyer may request performance, cancel the agreement, or claim compensation in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Risk of the goods
Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods have been received by the buyer or the buyer’s representative.
11. Complaints
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. The complaint period is up to two years from delivery.
12. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at herdina.no.
13. Dispute resolution
Complaints should first be directed to the seller within a reasonable time.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers residing in the EU/EEA may submit complaints through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Consumers in Norway may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or bring the case before the Consumer Complaints Commission.
