Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made to order, different rules apply depending on whether the item is personalised.

Personalised products
Many of our products are made according to the customer’s specifications (for example with custom text or visual adjustments). For such products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This means returns or refunds are generally not offered if you change your mind after placing the order.

Non-personalised products
For products without personalisation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us at info@herdina.no within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the item within 14 days after notifying us. Do not return items before contacting us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Returns must be sent to the seller’s business address in Norway unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, has a production defect or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@herdina.no.

Include:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• photos showing the problem

We will offer either a replacement item at no extra cost or a full refund.

Incorrect delivery address or unclaimed packages
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered if an incorrect address was provided, or the shipment was not collected and returned to sender.

Processing time
Requests are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
